Hi! I’m Aiyana—

I’m a small batch sourdough bread baker, currently selling my bread weekly to local retailers (see locations here!) as well as incorporated into the menus of a handful of incredible local restaurants.

My sourdough bread is 100% naturally leavened, made with organic regionally grown & milled grains, taking upwards to 36 hours to produce, resulting in a rustic, lightly tangy, gut-friendly loaf of love. Created with just flour, water, & salt (and lot’s of time & love), the way true sourdough bread is intended.

This breadventure business of mine gives tremendous gratitude to the overflowing support of the North Fork (& beyond) community! 1610 Sourdough would not be alive without you.
