For the first 2 days, leave fresh bread in brown bag to preserve that crusty-crunchy-crust, or pop into plastic bag/wrap to achieve a softer crust. Pro tip: Run the loaf under water and pop into a warm oven (350F-ish) to revive the loaf like new!

I recommend freezing the bread within 3 days of purchasing fresh loaf
