HOW TO STORE

For the first 2 days, leave fresh bread in brown bag to preserve that crusty-crunchy-crust.

For softer crust, pop into plastic bag or wrap.

I recommend freezing the bread within 3 days of purchasing fresh loaf if you don’t plan to finish it within 5 days.

METHOD 1: Slice and freeze! Now you can pop out individual slices!

METHOD 2: Wrap whole loaf and freeze!

To Freshen FROZEN Whole Loaf: Fully defrost, then reheat in 350F oven until desired crispiness has returned. (Wrap loaf in foil to avoid further browning if you’d like).

Defrosting Pro-Tip: Run defrosted loaf under water, then reheat in oven, unwrapped. This helps with recreating that crusty crunch - trust me!
